Basic information

Project name: Dongguan Zhongtang Tianan Digital City (Case name: Tianan Zhongtang Intelligent Ecological Town)

Development and operation: Dongguan Zhongtang Tianan Cyber ??City Co., Ltd. (Holding by Tianan Cyber ??City Group, established in 2018)

Project positioning: A major project in Dongguan City, an important innovation node in the Guangzhou-Shenzhen-Hong Kong-Macao Science and Technology Innovation Corridor, and a demonstration park for coordinated development in the Guangzhou-Dongguan region. With intelligent manufacturing + as the core, we will create a business card for intelligent manufacturing in the Bay Area, a development highland and a model demonstration area for the intelligent manufacturing + development of the Guangzhou-Shenzhen Science and Technology Innovation Corridor.

Location: No. 88, Jinyuan Road, Zhongtang Town, Dongguan City, Guangdong Province (Chajiao Industrial Park), close to Zhongtang Station of the Suigong-Dongguan-Shenzhen Urban Railway and the Mayong Exit of the Guangzhou-Shenzhen Expressway (G4), across the river from Xintang, Guangzhou, and belongs to the core industrial sector of Dongguan's "North Gate"

Core scale: The total planned area is 1,380 acres (about 920,000 square meters), the total planned investment is 20 billion yuan, and the total planned construction area exceeds 3 million square meters.； The first demonstration area A of 170,000 square meters will be opened for operation in 2022, and the industrial area B of 230,000 square meters will be upgraded with a maximum building height of 98.85m.

Development goals: When fully completed, it will attract more than 2,000 companies to settle in, absorb more than 50,000 mid-to-high-end R&D technical talents, and become the chief destination for the transfer of intelligent manufacturing industries in the Bay Area.

Core building and industrial space configuration

The project creates a full range of industrial spaces including R&D offices, high-standard factories, single-family headquarters, and Jiangjing Building. They are all property rights and can be rented or sold. They are designed according to the standards of high-end intelligent manufacturing enterprises and meet the needs of the entire chain of production, R&D, pilot testing, and offices:

High-standard garden factory building: Single-layer area 1200-1450㎡ can be combined, first floor / standard floor are 6m high, column spacing 8.4m×12m； The load-bearing capacity of the first floor is 1200KG, the second and third floors are 800KG, and the fourth and above floors are 650KG. It is equipped with 2 1.275T passenger elevators + 2 3T freight elevators. It reserves a 70-meter-long production line and a 2M×20M runway-style balcony. It can handle environmental impact assessment and chemical VOC indicators. ；

Riverview Headquarters Building: 80-2800㎡ flexible space, with river view terrace, high-end business lobby + independent elevator hall + full glass curtain wall, combining corporate image and office experience；

Basic supporting facilities: 1,201 parking spaces are planned, strong/weak current boxes are delivered to households, strong current load density is distributed according to 100VA/㎡, fire protection acceptance is passed, people and goods are diverted, there is sufficient open space and convenient entry and exit of goods.

Industrial layout and agglomeration effect

With strategic emerging industries as the pillars and producer services as supporting industries, Guangzhou-Shenzhen Science and Technology Innovation Resources will be introduced, focusing on intelligent equipment, new materials, new energy, energy conservation and environmental protection, big health, new generation electronic information, life sciences and other fields, and an industrial cluster that has begun to take shape has been formed:

Enterprise agglomeration: As of 2026, there will be nearly 300 registered enterprises in the park, of which nearly 30% are from Guangzhou, including 31 national high-tech enterprises, 12 specialized and new small and medium-sized enterprises, 15 innovative small and medium-sized enterprises, and more than 50 headquarters and chain-owner enterprises have settled in the park (such as Pan American Optoelectronics, Jipin Automation, Bochen Intelligence, etc.)；
